This beautifully converted three-bedroom barn is in Tughall Steads, a small coastal hamlet in the Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Sitting between Newton-by-the-Sea and Beadnell, it sleeps six and sits just one mile from the nearest beach. Original features like whitewashed beams and high vaulted ceilings sit alongside stylish modern design throughout.

This stretch of the Northumberland coast is known for its wide sandy beaches, wildlife and open countryside. Walking trails start directly from the barn. Beadnell Bay is 3.5 miles away and offers surfing, diving and sailing. Boat trips to the Farne Islands for wildlife spotting are within easy reach.

The barn sleeps six across three bedrooms. A ground floor double bedroom sits next to a large family bathroom with freestanding bath and walk-in shower. The first floor king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room. A characterful mezzanine twin room features low ceilings, a glass front and theatrical curtains.

3-Bedroom Cottage in Beadnell Barn was a genuinely great find, having holidayed in this area on many occasions' we have passed the turn off to the steadings many times and we are so pleased we decided to make the booking. It is well located for visiting the many beautiful beaches in the area. The accommodation is spacious and well equipped and more than comfortable, we were particularly impressed with the quality and quantity of crockery and utensils. The log burner was easy to operate and made for a comfortable environment. There were great dog walks from the cottage through nearby fields. We were very impressed by the welcome hamper and the dog related items especially the notice relating to dog visitors. Thanks to the cottage owner Simon for contacting us in advance to warn us about roadworks impacting on accessing the accommodation which was more than helpful. We would have no hesitation in booking this property again.

3-Bedroom Cottage in Beadnell Barn is beautifully furnished to a super high standard. It was extremely comfortable for 6 of us - 4 adults and 2 kids - plus a dog. The arrival gift pack, including one for the dog, was a lovely touch. The location is great - easy to get to the fantastic beaches at Beadnell, Newton and Embleton as well as further afield but we were just there for the four nights this time. Would definitely recommend!
