Little Dod Barn Reviews

Molly
My husband and I enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing week at this secluded and charming cottage with our two dogs. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything you could need for a short stay. We look forward to our next visit!
Simon
Little Dod Barn is an excellent place to stay. The barn was warm and comfortable and in a lovely peaceful and remote location. Lovely walks directly from the property, so much so we looked forward to NOT going out every day.
Elaine
Lovely, remote getaway â?¦ with everything you need for a cosy, comfortable stay. Well located to access whole of Northumberland.
Sheila
Just back from our second visit this year, which tells you that we loved the property. It is remote but that suited us just fine. There are no amenities such as shops, pubs or eateries for miles so take that into consideration & go prepared.
Sheila
Had a great time there in June & have booked a second visit for Sep
David
We found the cottage to be very comfortable and welcoming. The owners provided lots of information about the farm and waymarked walks from the property. We enjoyed the remoteness, the views, the sheep, the birds and meeting the friendly neighbours.
Marion
Lovely cottage. Would have benefited with a baking tray. You have asked if we would reccomend this property. Yes if you included information about the water.
Seonaid
A really cosy and welcoming cottage, cleverly and sympathetically converted from the original barn, but still totally in harmony with it's fabulously remote location, The hosts were lovely and we really appreciated the trouble they took to makes us feel at home, to the extent of having lit the wood burning stove for our arrival. The cottage décor and furnishings were just right for the location and property style, but the view out the window was so stunning the rest paled into insignificance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was a wonderful relaxing base from which to explore Northumberland for the first time. Hopefully we'll get back again soon.
