Nook is a stone-built cottage in Swinhoe, a quiet hamlet in Northumberland, just 2 miles from Beadnell's child-friendly beach. It sleeps six and sits in open countryside with a sunny enclosed garden wrapping around three sides of the property. There's no hot tub here, but there's plenty else going on.

The Northumberland coast is right on your doorstep. Beadnell has a little harbour, a local shop and a village pub. Bamburgh Castle is 5.5 miles away. An 8-mile circular coastal walk runs from Low Newton by the Sea to Craster and back.

Three bedrooms sleep six: a super king in bedroom one, a double with en-suite shower room in bedroom two and a single with a built-in raised galley bed in bedroom three. Three bathrooms cover everyone.

The cottage was amazing, brilliant location for most sites you would want to visit. It's in a quiet countryside location, with a large parking space. The house itself is immaculate, very light and airy décor that is relaxing, excellent furnishings, and plenty of room for 6 people. The kitchen has a large dining table, and is extremely well equipped. The beds were comfortable, and the bed linen was soft and great to sleep in. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Really pretty cottage, with a super garden. Very tranquil. Beadnell is close by and we loved walking along the long, empty beach. We also visited Seahouses for an ice cream and Alnwick for Barter Books. Would definitely recommend this property.
