The Bolthole Beadnell Reviews

Nicole
We LOVED our stay at The Bolthole! Although we've been to Northumberland often, this was our first time staying in Beadnell and we found it to be a fantastic location with easy access to most of the coastline either by walking, or not having to drive too far, aswell as being close to Alnwick and some bigger supermarkets, and easy to head inland to the National Park. Having a beach, shop, pub and cafes within easy walking distance was brilliant. The cottage itself is extremely well equipped, beautifully presented and super comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better 10 days.
P

A perfect cottage in an excellent location. Everything we needed was there. It was comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated throughout. Its position in the centre of Beadnell was good, with a lovely pub and and cafe/restaurant practically on the doorstep. Well stocked village shop and fish and chip truck only minutes away. Beach walks to Seahouses and Low Newton are also on the doorstep. Highly recommended.
Jennifer
We love staying in the Bolthole (4th visit) - the location is ideal for exploring Beadnell and also further afield. The cottage is very well equipped, very fresh and clean and most welcoming, We intend returning for a fifth visit, probably next summer.
Diane
A mews house situated in the centre of Beadnell so everything there was within walking distance. 2 Bedrooms - 1 with room for a travel cot as well, separate kitchen with table and comfy lounge downstairs.Incredibly well equipped, things for babies, toddlers and young children, buckets and spades, games, picnic equipment, BBQ, table and 6 chairs in outside space and a kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine as well as cupboards packed with equipment so self catering was a joy!
Robin
A lovely well equipped Cottage with a small courtyard which becomes a sun trap. Ideally located in the village of Beadnell, close to some excellent eating places.

Beautiful cottage, spotless clean ,very well equipped. Bedding and towels first class. We had Christmas in this cottage everything I needed to cook Christmas dinner was there. Would recommend this cottage. We had a minor problem which was sorted out after informing the agent within a few hrs. The owner's had decorated it for Christmas which was lovely, and the welcome pack was the best we had ever received, we go to Beadnell 2/3 times a year .The owners should be very proud of this lovely Bolthole.
