Inside you get a bright lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows and a wood burner. There are two double bedrooms both with TVs plus a bunk room. One modern bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher and a Dulce Gusto coffee machine. Outside there is an enclosed garden with BBQ and onsite parking. Note: this property does not have a hot tub.

Great location ideally situated for the beach. The cottage felt cramped for 4 adults and one child. The kitchen is adequate but very small. It was great to have a coffee machine with some pods provided as well as tea and milk and a small packet of biscuits. Washing up liquid and toilet rolls were provided as well as hand soap which was very welcome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Beadnell at Prima cottage. The location is great just a 2 to 3 minute walk to the wonderful beach. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the village centre where the pubs and courtyard café are. Itâ??s well equipped and clean and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is rather small but has everything that you need e.g. microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine etc. As can be seen from the pictures itâ??s not pretty from the outside, it is in the middle of a row of terraced houses & the garden is at the front, but nonetheless it has everything you need for a good comfortable stay in a great location.

Great week at Prima cottage, place was clean, warm and welcoming. Hot water went off once but was sorted in half and hour by Rachel from the management company. Unlike previous comments the heating was controllable by the thermostat in the kitchen. Would recommend to anyone, we will be back.

Access to property is down an unmade private road which I imagine would be tricky in wet weather and parking on grass to the rear of the property. House is in Close proximity to the beach. (5 min walk) Property showing wear and tear and overall in need of some TLC. Although we didn't need it as the weather was good but this properties heating is controlled remotely which I have never come across before and would have made me weary of booking had we realised prior. We have stayed at much better properties for the money.

We stayed at Prima Cottage for three nights. The location is superb. 50 yards in either direction gets you to either a rocky or sandy beach so it's great for entertaining kids, and in general the property is well equipped with necessities. The property is in an excellent location so near to the beach. It is very well equipped especially the kitchen making it lovely to cook there. Kitchen is very small but ok if just one person cooking. It did take some figuring out of how to drive up to the property in the winter but we found it eventually. In the winter it was pretty chilly without the fire lit as you cannot control the heating but itâ??s cosy when lit. Will return in the warmer weather.
