Samphire Barn Reviews

David
Samphire Barn was a genuinely great find, having holidayed in this area on many occasions' we have passed the turn off to the steadings many times and we are so pleased we decided to make the booking. It is well located for visiting the many beautiful beaches in the area. The accommodation is spacious and well equipped and more than comfortable, we were particularly impressed with the quality and quantity of crockery and utensils. The log burner was easy to operate and made for a comfortable environment. There were great dog walks from the cottage through nearby fields. We were very impressed by the welcome hamper and the dog related items especially the notice relating to dog visitors. Thanks to the cottage owner Simon for contacting us in advance to warn us about roadworks impacting on accessing the accommodation which was more than helpful. We would have no hesitation in booking this property again.
Jonathan
We had a fantastic stay and the cottage was a perfect base. We will be booking again.
Rachel
Samphire Barn is beautifully furnished to a super high standard. It was extremely comfortable for 6 of us - 4 adults and 2 kids - plus a dog. The arrival gift pack, including one for the dog, was a lovely touch. The location is great - easy to get to the fantastic beaches at Beadnell, Newton and Embleton as well as further afield but we were just there for the four nights this time. Would definitely recommend!
Julie
